An all-over great workout to improve your fitness and strength.  Combining a mixture of circuit, HIIT, and bootcamp type exercises, with options so that all ages and abilities are welcome.

45 min sessions 

4 week block bookings

Tuesdays 7am (starting Tuesday 29th April) and Fridays 12.15pm (starting Friday 2nd May)
